I cannot believe that time has passed a lot. And yes, I have been still scouting people with good quality on Art Portal. I used to be unscouted in the past, but now I am scouted and I promise that I will not lose scout privileges.
Please don't ask to be scouted, I scout actually random people on "Undiscovered Artists" thingie.

Like I don't even ask people to scout me, I'm not stupid, I've been scouted twice and I'm now in 'Undiscovered Artists' and I'm fine with it.
There's been a few artists who've let me down; I'd see them make really good pixel art then once I scout them they switched to tracing and just downscaling images.
As far as I know I've had no way to un-scout someone manually. All I can do is tell them to stop and hope that they listen or an art mod unscouts them for me without taking away my scouting privileges.
I can only imagine how annoying it has to be to find that you've been unscouted and you DIDN'T do anything that breaks the rules. There used to be a glitch where if a scouter deletes their account, everyone who they scouted gets kicked back to Undiscovered territory. I hope that's not still an issue.
Holy Christ, so pixel artists are downscaling their art? That's so lazy of them.

@Chdonga For real, this is why I don't scout that much. Granted, I'm more or less 'stingy' compared to other people who scout (Because I have standards.), but like there's hardly anybody in the undiscovered artists that made me think "WOW! This guy should be scouted!" Hell, I even forget if I am scouted in the first place because I don't even check if I was scouted in or not, because all I usually do in the art portal is either post shit OR the most unlikely being seeing ANYTHING in the Art Portal.
Personally, unscouting should be at the very least lenient if you're not intentionally scouting artists that don't deserve it. Being unscouted because you didn't know the artist would take a nosedive in quality isn't a responsibility of mine, considering that I shouldn't need to check EVERY artist's submission after I scout them. ...But I'm more or less complaining about something I don't even use.
